CPD at this year's BVNA congress
Improved self-awareness and team effectiveness CPD available

Those attending this year's British Veterinary Nursing Association (BVNA) congress will be able to attend an improved self-awareness and team effectiveness CPD workshop.

The interactive workshop will enable veterinary nurses to find out more about their personality, how they gel with colleagues and how these insights can create a better working environment. After the two-hours, delegates will receive a CPD certificate and a copy of the full employee engagement report.

Vanessa Wilson, business consultant of Pfizer Vet Support+, who will be running the workshop, said: 'Armed with this self-knowledge, participants should be able to improve their interaction with colleagues and enhance the team effectiveness within the practice.'

The BVNA congress will be held on the 5-7 October 2012 and places for the CPD workshop must be booked in advance.
