IFAH to debate vet medicine legislation
Taking place in Brussels on June 16th, IFAH's annual conference will open the floor to a "big debate" where all stakeholders involved in animal health are invited to gather and exchange views on future veterinary medicine legislation.
The '1-1-1' concept refers to a true single market for all veterinary medicines with 1 dossier, 1 European scientific assessment and 1 decision for marketing authorisation.
Commissioner for Health and Consumer Policy John Dalli, in charge of animal health, will open the conference.

Two independent vets have launched a podcast to help owners strengthen their bond with pets. Dr Maggie Roberts and Dr Vanessa Howie, who have worked in both veterinary practice and major charities, are keen to use their experience to enable people to give pets a better life.
