Product recall for Nerfasin 20mg/ml Solution for Injection
Le Vet Beheer B.V has issued a Class I recall for Nerfasin Solution.
A Class I recall to Veterinary level of Nerfasin 20mg/ml Solution for Injection for Cattle, Horses, Dogs and Cats has been issued.
In a news release, the Veterinary Medicines Directorate (VMD) said: “We wish to make wholesalers and veterinary surgeons aware that Le Vet Beheer B.V. has initiated a Class I recall to Veterinary level of Nerfasin 20 mg/ml Solution for Injection for Cattle, Horses, Dogs and Cats. Vm 19994/4017 by Le Vet Beheer B.V.”
The recall has been issued because of particulate matter found in retain samples of the follwing batches; 19A242, 19B191, 19F221, 19J038, 19J214.
Le Vet Beheer B.V. is contacting wholesale dealers and veterinary surgeons to examine inventory immediately and quarantine products subject to this recall.
