
RCVS Council hopeful wants to represent practising vets
Ayrshire vet Melissa Donald has worked as a general practitioner for more than 25 years and, as such, she hopes to represent the views of practising veterinary surgeons on RCVS Council.
"The college needs diversity on council and unless people actually stand to be elected and people vote, then little will be changed," she said.

Two independent vets have launched a podcast to help owners strengthen their bond with pets. Dr Maggie Roberts and Dr Vanessa Howie, who have worked in both veterinary practice and major charities, are keen to use their experience to enable people to give pets a better life.
