Small practices advised to work together and cultivate proactivity
Andrew Curwen, CEO of XLVets, provided a lot of food for thought when he talked about the ways that independent practices can survive better by working together. He stressed the need for practices to be proactive.
As a profession we are reactive rather than proactive and because of this reactive tendency, we tend to become people for whom the world does things, which in turn can make us quite negative.
