Full-time small animal veterinary surgeon – North Oxford/Cotswolds

The Hospital is on the edge of Chipping Norton, a small market town midway between Oxford and Stratford-upon-Avon.
The practice workload is mainly first-opinion, and we also take referrals for radioactive iodine therapy, CT scans, and for some medical and surgical cases.
We also see zoo animals and exotic pets, including referrals. Any experience or interest in these areas is welcome, but not a requirement.
The hospital has excellent equipment available including: an in-house laboratory, radioiodine treatment unit, 64-slice CT, ultrasound, digital X-ray, dental X-ray, video endoscopy, laparoscopy, tonometer.
We are a friendly team consisting of ten vets, eight RVNs, six SVNs and three ANAs, with regular visits from a specialist ophthalmologist, a specialist surgeon, and an expert dermatologist. CPD is encouraged and funded (including certificates).
The role is a permanent, full-time position. Four-day week, which is split between the new branch surgery and the main hospital site in Chipping Norton, with rota of Saturday morning consults and OOH.
